The Gadget Show Returns
Last night saw the return to UK TV of the best programs (in my opinion) shown on the box. “The Gadget Show” is shown on channel 5 at 8pm (UK time). The show consists of 1 main challenge where the 2 presenters put some of the latest gadgets to the ultimate, albeit rather unnecessary (but fun) tests. Last night was the turn of the camcorders to film a Hollywood action movie sequence with an exploding bomb!
The show is great for finding great deals on gadgets like go for a cheap laptop deal only when you are getting something like a tv or a dvd player thrown in for free. Most of such deals have nonrechargeable batteries and that makes them a bad deal. They give great advice like don’t even look at digital cameras if the batteries are non-rechargable.
The show also consists of other regular features like the Focus Group, where each of the presenters pick a new gadget in a certain niche and give it to a group of enthusiasts to test. Not to mention probably the best competition on TV, last night (and still now) you can win 60 gadgets worth over £18,000. I entered as I always do.
Are there any fans of the gadget show out there?

Never heard of this one but I love watching gadget shows. There was one I used to watch from an Australian channel. I regularly watch CNET’s online channel it’s not the same as a regular tv show. I will definitely check this one out, though.

Afraid I don’t. I have visited a lot of blog whose owners are Asian, so next time I’m on there I will ask.
