Interweb on the move

The idea of accessing the Internet from anywhere in the world has been around for quite some time now. Internet cafes abroad advanced into connecting to the Internet using your mobile phone, laptop and an infrared connection to connect, although quite expensively. This method was again over took by the more convenient mobile phone Internet access, although not all of the web or a true web experience was given on just a mobile handset, this gap has now being breached with the introduction of the apple iphone. Over the last year or so this market has seen a huge increase and with it a higher demand for mobile broadband. Accessing the net on the move is no longer good enough, people want to access it with speed, watch video’s and be a constant part of online communities. The introduction of mobile 3G broadband means that all you need to connect to the Internet with speed is to have your laptop, a USB modem and be able to receive a 3G connection. With 3G coverage almost hitting 99% of the UK, you can pretty much guarantee being able to get online.

Which is the best broadband?

If you are struggling to decide which broadband solution you should go for, why not check out the broadband experts over at www.broadband-expert.co.uk, here you can compare the different packages offered not only for mobile access but also for access from home. If you are unsure about how good your current broadband is then compare it against the others, look for a cheaper price or faster option. If you want to check what current speed you are getting, why not carry out a speed test and see if you can get it any faster from an alternative provider.

The site is laid out very well with the compaisons for both types of broadband (mobile and standard) layout the details very clearly for you to make your decision. They have calculated the cost per year so you wont get hooked in with a special introductory offer and then 6 months down the line end up paying over the odds. In my opinion it is worth checking out even if you have broadband to see where your supplier fits in the ratings.

  1. It is always good to check out reviews before committing yourself to any contract -

I have personally have had really bad experiences with Pipex

    Check out http://www.reviewblog.co.uk

  2. I had a really bad experience with Orange, I got unlimited broadband for £5 a month due to my mobile contract and will never go for a deal like that again, the service and support were terrible.

It lead me to the conclusion that you pay for what you get.

  3. Sorry that should be you get what you pay for, its late ;)
